I add organic hemp seed hearts to a lot of foods, one serving is about 10 grams of protein. You can add them to oatmeal or salads, or shakes etc. I like the flavor & many times I just eat a spoonful plain right out of the package. Especially if I just want something quick & easy. Hope this helps.
