Incredible how Sim and ABC are all in on this property tax freeze and yet my landlord* didn't waste a second in sending my annual rent increase notice.
*He is going to be my former landlord at the end of the month

Look at the ridiculous thing I saw on my way to work. Who would let their person with a learners permit drive around in this menace? And the Lexus logo is just the cherry on the cake.
