With Version 5.3 is coming out next week and still some voice lines left muted as of now.
With Formosa not doing the dubs no more, it does take time to go for every VA (around hundreds) to get their contracts transfered.
Hopefully it should be resolved or the strike to be over in the next version.

There's no English voice for Hu Tao in the trailer because of the Sag-Aftra Strike.
It sucks since the Sumeru Event left a bad taste in my mouth of lack of voiceovers aside of other languages.
