I think a significant portion of the country willfully doesn’t follow what’s happening unfortunately and things haven’t impacted them enough. They probably think the egg shortage is just temporary. I too am astounded by this indifference.

I called both my senators and representative in CO. Interns answered and listened to my serious concerns and fears. They asked for my zip code and said they would relay my messages. Not sure what the impact will be but a least i felt heard.
