Unfortunately becoming like the US system with NPPs (non-physician providers). The business of healthcare has become about profit margin. Quite a pity.

This latest generation of young physicians seems to be pushing back and the “kinder, gentler” philosophy seems to becoming more prevalent. I very well remember the harsh learning environment of the 1990s and refuse to perpetrate that on my staff.
