I did it. 15 mins. It was easy mentally. It was hard emotionally. Voices said it's a waste of time, I don't enjoy this, I haven't got the passion to see it through. But I'll just keep doing 15 mins a day and see what happens.

I needed to hear this. Plagued by Calvinist Scottish Protestant 'idle hands/devil's work' nonsense. Today I might just not try to be the hero child.
