Really enjoyed speaking about cyber and AI at #EdexecLive today. My AI session was standing room only, I suspect as a result of the recent government announcements re: digital skills and AI.

It has been a good couple of month for new reading materials for me, with yesterday seeing the arrival of this from the amazing Al Kingsley. Looking forward to reading this most likely at half term, sat somewhere warm hopefully.

Finally managed to get myself up and out the door for my first run of 2025. Won't be running as much as 2024 but do want to try and maintain at least part of the habit.

I wonder about people and about the world but then sometimes, such as last weekend, I realise how great people can be. Thanks to all those who pulled over after I was involved in a car accident. So many helpful, friendly caring individuals...And one "You cant park there", which did make me laugh.

Interesting start to #Bett2025 with the edu secs mention of digital divides and a big focus on AI mainly for teachers. Then a really good discussion on AI with Sir Stephen Fry. Lots of good points on the need for a human led approach.
