So do I.

But I do Drukhari, which is why I have a Wraithlord converted to be a Talos Pain Engine and Wraithblades as Grotesques (plus some RT-era Aeldari Assassin Droids as Mandrakes).

The character you speak of, Ferren Areios, was introduced in 2020 Avenging Son novel.

Even before that Black Library had a diverse range of Space Marines.
2010's DoW II had Jonah Orion as Librarian.

Yet to my knowledge this is the first Space Marine model that is canonically Black British.

Also there's the Ynnari, who are a mixture of the three main Aeldari types.
November 13, 2025 at 9:54 PM
How about Aeldari?

You've a choice of 3 main types.
Craftworld with their Aspect Warriors, Guardians and Wraith constructs.
The Harlequins, the murderous Drama/Glee club.
The sadistic, piratical Drukhari, with their close combat orientated Wyches, firing line Kabals, and Frankenstinian Haemonculi.

SM were normal humans with chemical enhancements and a Black Carapace back in the days this was made.

And to distract from the Epstein Files!

Okay!?!

Here you go:

Make them Squirrels (which are also rodents) and I'm in.

Squirrels can be quite colourful, plus you can have an homage to Marvel's Weapon II.

(I'd also like to see them in 40K!)

He does know that the US joined the second world war in 1941?
In 1939 it was Britain and France leading opposite Nazi Germany.

And guess which country was projecting hard power to try to prevent their enemies taking action whilst they took over other countries?

Wasn't the aim of that about how the ancient Greeks invented Democracy and America perfected it?
November 12, 2025 at 7:26 PM
I think the appropriate term is non-binary.
November 12, 2025 at 7:24 PM
Americans are only taught US History and world history that leads into US History.

Like how German invented the automobile, but America took that and perfected it.

It's why they think they invented Penicillin, Radar, TV, Lightbulbs, etc, when they didn't.

Maybe.
Yet the Emperor has been said to have had many lives during his lengthy time on Earth, and at least some of those lives were lived as women.

Depends if the zealots have Archaeotech.
There's stuff buried in their armouries that would make Daleks afraid.

40K ships would probably win against the Dalek equivalents, even if the Dalek ships had their FTL.

Sadly blood drives are a US thing, not a British thing.
And GW is British.
November 11, 2025 at 10:34 PM
How do you feel about the same article telling everyone that the antagonists in Space Marine 3 will probably be the forces of the Death Guard and the Necrons?
November 11, 2025 at 9:52 PM
If you ever heard the AA12 being fired by Terry Crews in The Expendables, that in my opinion is probably the closest real-world sound to a Bolter firing, right down to the rate of fire.

Then add in the Frag-12 rounds...

You might want to look up the Stalker pattern Boltgun.

There used to be only one, until they put it into the original Space Marine videogame in 2011.
Then they spread across 40K with the Primaris.
November 10, 2025 at 9:18 PM
No, the ignition of the small rocket motor in a Bolt Round is a loud "Pop" sound.

The firing of a Boltgun has been described by a GW publication as Raark-Pop-Swoosh-Thud-Crump.

The Pop sound is more obvious than the Swoosh, as well as being more diagnostic to where it was fired from.

Stalker Bolt rounds use compressed gas for the initial charge, so the suppressor on the Stalker Boltgun is for the ignition of the rocket motor.

If you put normal Bolt rounds through such a bolter then the supressor needs to work on both sounds.
