China quit buying US soybeans in 2025 in a response to Trump's new tariffs on imports from China. Apparently Joe Biden had an agreement in place for them to buy billions of dollars worth, and Trump is unhappy now that Biden allowed Trump to mess that up.

Meanwhile, Boeing is working hard to increase Dreamliner production to 7 units per month by the end of 2025. At this rate it will take about 275 years for Boeing to fulfill this order, assuming of course that Uzbekistan continues to be their only customer.

Kansas City. There were actually at least 6 No Kings protests in the KC Metro area, with as many as 12k protestors combined. The local paper didn't see fit to cover them in the regular Sunday paper, but they did put this out in their eEdition.

Legit question. It seems reasonable though, as the Trump damage takes some time to propagate through to the general economy, and he was only in office for the last 70 days of the quarter in question. For the 2nd quarter, all bets are off. I fully expect numbers worthy of this guy.
