These gorgeous bees work away so closely as I sit in the garden. Very little movement distracts them from their endeavours except perhaps the odd wisp of smoke from the bonfire.

Sentinel. Best I can do with the telephone but there is a Magpie nest up there and the parents have been fending off a Sparrowhawk all day.
