I look forward to understanding what percentage of the costs of AI model building actually comes from storage. While I appreciate cheap, fast storage, this feels a bit like a solution to the wrong problem.

Not my job per se, but the site security officers who called out easy access to administrative network ports and the lack of shielding on the thermal exhaust ports have great stories and are a lot of fun to go drinking with. As long as you don’t do it at a shady cantina on Tattoine.
