I echo those who don't have any problems with Ervi. In general we get good service from all the couriers, they can all mess up occasionally but it's mostly an individual issue not a company one. Perhaps part of the issue is an urban / rural variation?

It has to be The Hobbit, I loved it so much. 50+ years later I still read it every couple of years.
