I liked it. Yes it’s a bit silly but so what.

We have mushroom and bacon, wilt some spinach once the other 2 are cooked, bang in the pasta for 3-4 minutes, combine both and stir in the pesto. Lovely, quick and filling. 15 minutes from fridge to plate.

I suppose necessity is a great motivator, even if it’s self imposed necessity.

Is that a one day a week thing? How helpful do you find it?
