This reasoning is laughable, on the same day SCOTUS struck down Chevron. They seem to have a very, very pliable understanding of where judicial authority should and shouldn’t be applied.

One search was for promo codes for a checkout, one sponsored link. A search about changing my own oil showed me four sponsored links. Searches about a local restaurant and the Wheel of Time series order showed no sponsored links.
