Exactly 6 years to the date after joining the lab as a PhD student, I’ve finally submitted my manuscript detailing the majority of my thesis. I’m sure the editors will be as thrilled to find this in their inbox the day after a holiday as I am to have finally submitted

After everything I should have seen it coming that waiting on an antibody would be the final delay in getting the manuscript describing my thesis work out for submission. 95% done, one crucial final experiment to go. No eta

Hello #SkySci and #NeuroSkyence! I am PhD Candidate studying synaptic physiology in pain. I’m so close to graduating but there’s still just a few more hills to climb (did I mention I’m currently looking for a post doc?). Looking forward to getting to know everyone over here!
