My first Record Store Day. Hit up Zia Records on Speedway in Tucson & scored an autograph on the Refreshments “Fizzy Fuzzy Big & Buzzy” album and on a special edition of “Americano”. Also got a photo I took back in ‘08 at the Rialto—of my son & Roger—signed! Been waiting years for that moment.

From last nights DX’ing, Radio France International from a shortwave transmitter located in Talata Volonondry, Madagascar. I'm using a MLA 30+ loop antenna sitting a foot off the ground in my backyard. Not bad for a distance of 10,800 miles away as the crow flies. #VailArizona #shortwave #DX #SDR
