WFH lunch and it’s a fridge raid….. had tacos on Saturday so leftover guac and salsa so went with a modified (pimped) club sandwich…. 🥪
Made me wonder about doing a series of club sandwich’s - this one being il Bandito!

Pimped up nigellas anchovy and gemelli pasta with spinach, lemon juice and parsley……. A pretty good lunch tbh - although a bit mismatched with the weather…….

Last nights dinner was good - flat iron steak griddled and then marinated post cooking before being sliced on a bed of rocket!

Interesting…. I don’t think it’s about “being on the spectrum”…. Narcissists also struggle to understand how people feel - because they lack empathy. I think it’s probably the latter……

On the 4th day of Christmas……. Another full 18…… and this time it’s a southern belter with possibly the best par 3 in golf - anywhere! Great course with great views and flashbacks to #Broadchurch with a friendly welcome it’s Bridport and West Dorset an absolute must play! #AdventCalendarOfGolf
