Retired 🇨🇦 stage tech. I designed & made Neil Peart’s rotary drum riser (Rush). Learning about here. OCWGA (old cis white guy trying hard to be ally). Model engineer, amateur machinist, steam, trains, boats. Living afloat in Toronto.
Yrs ago in Bahamas we had steel hull with 2-1/2” air space behind furniture. I allowed air to circulate between bilge & under deck. Again bone dry while friends in production glass boat Niagara 35 were up to armpits in wet towels. So much water accumulated we had to pump it out every week.

No need for a de-h, almost the reverse. Boat is bone dry. A wet face cloth will dry out stiff in 24 hours. Never get condensation on windows. Suspect colder hull surfaces in engine room act as air dryer. Condensate ends up in the bilge.

We had a busy few days getting the winter cover frame up and shrink-wrap on ahead of the forecast snow. Made it with about 12 hours to spare. Today we got 4” wet snow. No wind, just hours of very fine white stuff filtering straight down. -5C tonight but we are cozy down below.

If the recipient is not wearing I.D. and has face covered are they even a cop?

Exactly! Unfortunately the word “spouse” comes into play here. 😖

I have a friend who insists it’s ok to fly YYZ to MIA to pick up a (disease-ridden?) cruise ship to visit Caribbean destinations. Verbal cautions re ICE/Covid/RSV/Norovirus risks fall on deaf ears. This year it seems hurricane damage to those islands might cancel the cruise. It’s an ill wind etc.

In a universe long ago and far away flying Air France (or Brit) Concord was the way to go transatlantic. I couldn’t afford it then or now but the future looked great then!

Might not be too long. He will be deceased the way things appear to be going.

Is that why you had to move the waterline up (again) last year?? 🤣😆
🤷🏻‍♂️ sorry, can’t help it, its a boat thing.

Sometimes I think about the fact there is no ‘effin way he won all swing states without some Musk-ovite having his thumb on the scale.
