So. Much. Interest! People want to understand planetary health, how to use it, and how to communicate it.

I firmly believe the future of health includes planetary health. We need sustainable systems, and that means having a broader understanding.

Happy One Health Day (which I just learned is a thing)!

Recognizing that human, animal and environmental health are all linked is essential for us to face the crises of the 21st century. The 20th century's medical approach to health will be become less effective and sustainable as time progresses.

This was America.

The Voting Rights Act had near universal support in 2006.

Now try envisioning MAGA Republicans being willing to sign it, let alone help it pass. You can't.

The Republican party has changed for the worse.

Bravo to everyone--no matter where you are--fighting for democracy.

With so many current and future crises needing social or global responses, it's concerning to see how conscientiousness is in free fall within the next generation.

Yet another TACO trade from Trump. I'm still surprised that the EU was willing to accept the bad deal just to get stability than to ride it out until the courts ultimately stop Trump's tariffs.

I avoid simply insulting Trump. It rarely achieves anything but preaching to the choir. But sometimes his deluded statements need to be shared just to remind people who he is.

Honestly, only a zealot can view this post and think it says anything positive about Trump.

While this step is important. It's not a panacea. Meta points out how they still might process your data in certain situations.

Here is the summary of thea argument Trump's legal team is using to justify the end of birthright citizenship. This was just submitted to the 9th circuit. Original: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

This is a superb response to Trump's ethnic cleansing video. They matched the style impeccably.

International relations students will be watching this and the original video for years to come.

Cut into 2 parts since Bluesky requires videos to be <60 seconds.

All of us waiting with anticipation for the German Jessup final match, taking place in the Federal Administrative Court.

Mental note: write an op-ed about how there is no appeasing Trump. He's not a businessman but an ideologue.
His worldview is so alien that what he considers fair is blatant robbery (e.g. taking half of Ukraine's mineral resources). That means there's no space for a reasonable deal.

So excited to be a judge at the #Jessup National Competition in Leipzig, Germany. One of the best demonstrations of international law advocacy in the world.
May it please the Court!

5th year anniversary of Corona hitting Germany. What a wild time it was then.

One memory of that time is how much solidarity there was at the beginning. We were all united against this unknown threat. Sadly, that sense hasn't lasted long enough for us to learn the lessons for the next pandemic.

I understand why Senate Republicans would be upset over the ICC for the arrest warrants, but you think they could have at least done competent legal analysis.

I'm no ICC expert, and even I can see *3* glaring legal mistakes in their letter.
