1) private investors control oil future pricing, based on supply and demand. To call for low prices, means price fixing. Very anti-capitalism.
2) private US companies control drilling and amounts, the DoE does not.

This is ONLY to instigate things. This will put 3000 troops in the city, there are 600-700 protestors in downtown LA.....so 3000 troops are necessary? Give me a break....

There is no reason for them there, but now we're sending marines into LA.
