For all those who say federal agencies don't do much - just because you don't see it being done, doesn't mean you don't benefit from the hard work put in. It is like every household where the background worker is taken for granted. My new series: "Someone has to do the dishes!"

P25 authors? chief of staff? whoever prepped all those documents he signed Mon. The man is a figurehead. He did not create plans.

I don’t know where I got this matchbox, but I really love it. There are no labels, no ads on it, no text whatsoever, just a demonstration of care for someone who lost something. It can be that simple, people.

The thing that gets me is how mankind has learned nothing over thousands of years of war. Humanity is doomed to repeat its horrors every few decades. No escaping egos who refuse live and let live, and make peace. Instead, there is bloodshed. All we can do is try to pick up pieces of shattered lives.
