Yes! I tried to install a single VST from steinberg and almost gave up due to the hostility of the licensing process. Just an absolute abysmal labyrinth of a user experience.

Haha fair, not 100% sure if they’re actually anarchists or if it’s more of a stylistic choice. it’s just fun to see “here’s a plugin called dicksmasher, steal it if you wanna” instead of stuff like “elevate your sound” or “transform your creativity” like every other website 😅

Silo is on my wishlist! Maybe it’s time to take the plunge. I’ve never used FRAGMENTS or padshop! 😳 Arturia makes beautiful sounding plugins so I might have to take a look.

Harmor is So. Good. Freakshow Industries make some experimental plugins but they have some “traditional” ones too. Their website has a “steal” option for each so it’s possible to try before buying, plus their whole anarchy shtick is kinda fun. Someday I will be able to afford FabFilter! 😭
