Just seeing this now Melissa. Depends on the skill of both. PT’s are trained for SIJ, Lumbo-Sacral, Spinal injuries. At the same time so too can a Massage Therapist. I often say just ask, vet whoever you decide to see. Hope that helps and hope you are well.
