I too have a set but have yet to read. Bought from a friend whos father obtained direct from the author. He refused a signature because he did not believe in writting in books. Such a missed opportunity. #histbookchat

This may interest you. I bought this set of photos at an antique shop in the 1980s. It came from the home of Pres. McKinleys family. It is the fleet in 1908 passing through the golden gate prior to the bridge. I have this hanging in my library.
