I’ve just finished reading an advance copy of The Salt Oracle by @rainewilson.bsky.social - this is dark academia done right! By turns haunting and horrifying, this tale is ultimately humane and hopeful. A book that deserves your attention.

Ahead of the release of the paperback edition of The Book of Doors, we’ve obtained a specially designed Fox Library ink stamp and embosser, either of which can be used whenever I sign a book. I love these! Hopefully they will add a touch of design flair to any signings.

I’ve had the very great pleasure of reading an advance copy of Reports of His Death Have Been Greatly Exaggerated by James Goodhand. It’s an outstanding depiction of loneliness and regret but also full of joy and human warmth. It immediately became one of my all-time favourites. Out in July.
