It doesn't do what it claims to do. It performs terribly with dyslexic readers.
This is from a study with 2500 readers, 10% were dyslexic ans the graph starts with the worst performing font.
The font might be fine, the claims are not. That's snake oil.

Somebody please tell him when tested with 250 dyslexic people it turns out Times New Roman is more DEI that Open Dyslexic, Dyslexie and Comic Sans.
If you re-balance the size using the x-height, it's a more accessible font.

A5. One of the projects was the cognitive accessibility workplace checklist. This has been used by the BBC since 2015 for all new builds and office refits. bbc.github.io/uxd-cognitive/ #AXSChat #a11y #accessibility

An example of over-hyped marketing claims is Dyslexie, which in pt size is one of the physically biggest fonts, and in any studies if you show people two fonts and one is bigger users will mostly choose the bigger one, when you re-balance the size using the x-height most benefit of the font goes.

And here it is. My great grandmother’s Swiss music box from 1889. It hasn’t played for over 70 years.

It’s my first post here!
Tonight I’m off to see The Real and Imagined History of The Elephant Man.
This is not the romanticised story from the book or film, but Joseph’s actual story, or what we know of it. It is a raw and unforgiving tale of a man who had his autonomy stripped from him.
