I have not seen many personally, but I know that the battlefields in Niagara have been designated and commemorated. Fort York is currently a museum right in the heart of Toronto. The battlefield at Chrysler's Farm was flooded out by the St. Lawrence Seaway, but there is a nearby park and monument.

Solid book. It's also fun to try to re-trace the battlefield near Fort York. Everything is so urbanized that you would have no idea a significant invasion took place there!
