The excellent 'Jailed: Women in Prison' is streaming now and, if you missed it, I'd also recommend 'Inside Barlinnie'. Two BBC documentaries giving a searingly honest insight into life in our prisons. Both released in the past 12 months and on iPlayer now.

Radio 4’s Broadcasting House with a warning this morning’s programme contains “hopeful optimism” and then a lovely piece on the groundbreaking Healthy Dads, Healthy Kids programme at HMP Barlinnie, supporting the bonds between parents in custody and their children.
