The cocktail in the photo was the Mint Condition, the first one. I liked the small plate format of the food. The only slight negative for flights from Boston is that they are so quick, only around 6h30 so sleep time is limited if you stay up for the food. Not a JetBlue negative per se of course.

Maybe this is obvious, but he National Palace Museum is The must see location in Taipei. It contains all the treasures of Imperial China that were moved there for safekeeping. Absolutely stunning.
