This is really cathartic. I've honestly been feeling a bit meh about keeping up with the practice, but this has made me more mindful and centered.
And something so freeing about admitting to strangers that Linda Belcher is your spirit animal. *Maybe a bit of Tina, too. Or a lot. 🤪

What’s an underrated magical herb? - Clove
How do you incorporate color magic into spells? - Mostly in candles… awful lot of blue these days. Also with crystals, but more so candles.
How do you work with planetary days? - I'm actually trying to get more into this.

What’s your personal philosophy of magic? - There is magick all around you, if I do say so, myself.
What’s your daily tarot ritual? - TBH, the widgets on my phone. And I can be lazy about those.

Day 2: Share a simple spell or ritual that you swear by.
- The Honey Jar seems to work well for us (prosperity, health, abundance). Also that one spell where you put someone's picture between two mirrors & hide it in the back of your freezer works gratefully well.

Day 2: What’s your experience with moon phases in spellwork?
- We do our askings during the new moon & thankings during the full moon. She hasn't smacked us on the back of the head just yet... but of course as I say this to the world. :/

Day 2: What’s your favorite magical tool and why?
- My wand. I found him in the parking lot of my job one day & seemed to want me to bring him home. I still don't know what kind of tree he's from, but he's thorny... like me. lol

Day 2: Share a simple herbal spell or charm.
- Not sure if this counts, but every night making tea for the husbear & me, I add the "witches brew" tea from my local tea shop into our teapot shaped like a cauldron. I add honey to our cups & state the "spells" (restful sleep, (1/3)

Day 2: Share a unique tarot spread you created or love using.
- Celtic Cross/Basic 10 card spread has never let me down.

Day 2: Your first magical tool—how did you choose it?
The Renaissance Tarot Deck when I was 13 because it had naked people in it. I always had to use the little book, but friends kept coming back for readings because they said it worked.

Another tip: When doing a spell (or anything, really), if you want to sing out, sing out! Don't be afraid to go full Linda Belcher with it.

Day 1: Share a powerful yet simple spell that works for you.
On Sundays, I'll do this energy cleanse in the shower where I soap up all over (except soles of my feet... safety first!) & call for the energies which no longer serve me & any bad juju (1/2)

Somewhere in middle school, the name, Hecate, started appearing more & more in my life. As an adopted, bullied, closeted & scared outcast, I somehow worked it out that she was my Goddess Mother. I wasn't so alone after that.
