I've done this for a synod assembly. It's either a rental or a gratis loan from a local organ company, and is an electronic, not a pipe organ, so installation takes less than a day once its location in the hall is ready. That's also why it sometimes sounds like a ball park. :)

That presentation, by Dr Chad Rimmer from LTSS, was FANTASTIC. I'd give anything for a transcript!
