We saw a bike train heading to an elementary school this morning in Dartmouth and, as a non-bike person, I have to say it was awesome to witness. Had no problem waiting for them all to get across and drive slowly behind them until their next turn. Kudos to the parents!!

Fingers crossed for you. :) I was recommended a THC/CBN/CBD oil specifically made for sleep but the THC is too much and had the opposite effect on me. It works wonders for my husband though and knocks him out quickly. Cats had a battle royal on him once and he didn’t even twitch. 🤣
