Full stretch at the top, nice powerful pull to the chest and some serious control through the eccentric phase

Whatever variations work for you, barbell, machine, cables or dumbbells who cares

Just double scooped a pre workout (I thought that was the dose) but turns out I’ve double scooped the wrong pre workout which is only meant to be a single scoop due to its extra potency

Since having a baby, I know recovery is even more important then before

So I generally train on a day on day off rotation. Seems to work best to rest, recover and give me a good balance at home

You have to adapt your training as you get older

At 23 I was in gym every day, sometimes doing 2 sessions

At 36 I train 3-4 times a week whilst maintaining a healthy active lifestyle

My body can’t handle ridiculous training schedules anymore, my lifestyle doesn’t suit it either #dadlife

Best way I could put it
