If things can't get done in a reasonable amount of time then more people are needed or deadlines need to change. It's as simple as that in my opinion. I've been working fully remote since COVID and I do my hours, not more.

I work 37.5h a week, including lunch breaks. I don't work more than that unless there's a very important reason to do it, it doesn't happen often. UK btw.

For the Pocket + Dock it was £57.36 back in 2021 but that was before delivery, after delivery they're taking the piss.
