Decided to look up the political makeup of the Minnesota legislature, and I have to say the closeness of how evenly split it is makes me question just how calculated this was. If they die, that could (at least temporarily) flip control? There's too much insane, disturbing shit happening

It feels so backwards to focus primarily on *hiring* world-class talent. I would much rather build a world-class environment that brings out the best in everyone.
When you can do that, hiring world-class talent basically always happens. It's beautiful and also far healthier for everyone involved.
