#modelrailroading. Hey @tachyoneddies.com check this out, an N scale layout in a box. Found it in a thrift store. The transformer appears to work, but the locomotive won't move. $24 bucks and I brought it home.

Trying something a little different with grout lines and weathering. Using deep gray as grout and weathering also. After everything dries I'll see if more is needed.

I got some painting done on Green Pastures Dairy today. This dairy processing plant is named after my grandfather's short lived dairy business he had in the late 30's/40's.

Taking care of some of the almost finished buildings. I still need a few details, but I'm always going to need more of that.

Finally finished with the repairs to the sill plate and stone work..the circuit breaker box still needs a secure place to be mounted, but for right now, it's fine. Those metal braces will stay put. Now, hopefully, the basement will stay warmer this winter. I can get back to work on my layout now.

I can't believe this needs to be said. Listen up people. The constitution is nothing more than words written on parchment. The ONLY power that document has is what WE THE PEOPLE are willing to do,and sacrifice,to keep it relevant. Stop pointing to a document that can't do shit and start doing shit.

My house was built in 1921, it has a stone basement. The last owner had something happen and the basement got damaged. What I'm pointing at the the sill plate, this sets on top of the fountain and is the base of the home. You can see where we removed rotting wood, and many stones. What a mess.

My son and I were pretty beat after yesterday's work in the basement, so we took today off, getting back to it tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have a little time to shoot a coat of primer on this.

This is/was the corner of the sill plate. The other side of that corn was just as bad. Taking tomorrow to clean up the mess, then start cutting new sill plates and setting them in place. Then restacking stones and adding mortar.

The preamble of our constitution. Nowhere does it say anything about a king, the court jester, or his minions.
