I love playing with ingredients in the fridge and cupboard just like on Chopped. Today I sautéed baby Bella mushrooms and halibut cheeks in coconut milk with broccoli and sweet Thai chili sauce. It was delicious and there’s some left for lunch tomorrow!!!

Before I left on vacation, I bought a 3.5 cu ft freezer for the garage. Great for kitchen freezer overflow. Added some Portos bake at home goodies, fish, Maine scallops, cheesecake bites, and a bottle of vodka. Life is good
