Is there a bigger disappointment in life than going to finish a cup of tea, only to find that you’ve already finished it? Feel like crying.

Can anyone bring me up to speed on the terminology here? They’re obviously not ‘tweets’ or RTs, so what do I call them? Anything else I need to know?

@mrjamesob.bsky.social I forgot how to swim. I learned as a kid. When I went to high school we had a pool and swimming was part of our PE lessons in the warmer months. Having not done it for about 5 years, I had completely forgotten. It’s possible that instinct might kick in if I fell into a canal.

I’ve been on here for about ten minutes and haven’t seen any Temu ads or porn bots.

I consider that a win.
