Re the Times patronising voters, I'm a (early 😉) middle aged former tory voter and economics grad.

Yes, the Greens economics dont always add up, but tell me the last time it added up from other parties.

At least the Greens want to be positive and help people, and address the elephant in the room.

Have you heard of The 3 Million? This was a similar group set up in the wake of brexit.

I met him a couple of times during the brexit years, and he always recognised the problem was brexit.

I'm meh.

What if you used to watch it for a couple of decades, alongside QT, Newsnight, R4, etc, and slowly saw it degrade into a muted broadcaster and then tory mouthpiece, so you stopped. Can I still have my opinion?

On yesterday's Daily podcast, you stated the UK had lower tariffs than the EU (because of Starmer sucking up). When you look at the detail this isn't true as the EU had previous tariffs removed before adding the 15%. The UK had previous tariffs left, with the 10% stacked on top. Overall about even.

Mute away, Reformer. Good luck in your delusional no evidence world.
September 7, 2025 at 4:05 PM
Nah, you're just thick and can't think for yourself. I'm disgusted by the labour leadership, but I'm not so stupid that I tar all with the same brush.

You seem like the Reform type, who shouts about things without actually looking at evidence.

And you're sounding like someone who can't think.
September 7, 2025 at 3:51 PM
Nah, sorry, that's not how it works. You should listen to some of his interviews before saying silly things.
September 7, 2025 at 3:47 PM
Not how it works I'm afraid.
September 7, 2025 at 3:40 PM
Listen to some of his interviews and you'll find this obviously isn't the case.
September 7, 2025 at 3:32 PM
Nicely done. Wondering why our PM hasn't done this...
August 29, 2025 at 1:35 PM
Absolutely! And want to take this opportunity to thank you firstly for taking a stand against brexit all those years ago, and secondly for coming across to bluesky and getting stuck in. It's a smaller place right now, but filling up with decent people who want decent interactions.
August 28, 2025 at 7:34 PM
From a centre right remainer, please tell your centre right comedian that brexit caused a loss of sovereignty, as now we have to follow EU rules without having a say in making them anymore. How does he not know this after nearly a decade?

If a brexiter is allowed to vote, a six year old should be allowed to vote.
July 17, 2025 at 12:46 PM
We need to get you and Anne on here for interactions - nearly spat my brew out at labour MPs being sacked for 'knobheadery m'lud! 😂

I shared tears with you all today, when you were talking about the marks on the boy's hands.

I was listening to the pod while I could hear joyful laughing from my little boy downstairs.

Just too much. Thousands of kids like my boy being murdered. They should have the same joy and safety as him.
