My understanding is that "SRM" name was invented for a category of glitches in oot/mm and the useful effects coming from them. It is a family of related UAF glitches. But oot does take advantage of other UAF glitches that aren't "SRM", like ganondoor, which literally manipulates a stale reference

Also like a few months ago when various circumstances made it so I couldn't fly into NYC when I needed to so I just flew to Philly and caught a train and still made it to where I needed to be that day and it was fine. So much more freedom of movement than being strongly tied to one particular car
