I haven’t committed to running any races because I want to be able to enjoy my travels without having to schedule them around my training

This year, I’m committing to make the most isn’t less. I’m committing to 4 days of lifting and running and making a day for a long run while eating according to my goals.

It’s ok to fire your therapist until you find the right one.

Her story is a gift to the world. I’ve been blessed to share that gift, and for that I say: Marsha, thank you.

We need her story in this moment, when we fight for the future of Black life in this country, for the rights of queer and trans people to exist, and for the right for each and every one of us to live freely.

Thanks to @thebrokeblackgirl, I made a list of things that I wanted to purchase throughout the year and ordered them based on how important they were to me.

The Switch 2 was one of these things! 😀
