Yikes. Assembling quotes for a reprint of a $40 MSRP board game. The latest to come in is a US printer with a price over $18 per copy.
(If $40 is the MSRP, then we are actually getting 40% of that amount when we sell to distributors, or $16, and we pay the cost of shipping to them.)
