It's been a lil while...but jigsaw generation is now at a point of generating a grid that has all the required pieces in the correct position!

I posted about it on my discord, but after some cleanup, I'm gonna move over to another project, one that is very dear to me. To see what I can do there.

So I didn't post last week, I was doing some cleanup and adding ways to destroy grid pieces when generated.

But today, I added in all the geometry I made, and setup the grid to randomly pick pieces to generate! Next I want to look at being able to move pieces 👀🧩

Thought I'd share a little update on my current project. I played around with Unity's UI Toolkit (which seems cool) to make a Custom Inspector for generating the grid! 🧩

I'm trying to have no 0% weeks, so even if it's a small update, I do something each week, so far so good!

It ain't much, but it's honest work. 🧩

Working on grid generation for the prototype, albeit a rather quick setup, this feels quite nice and solves some issues I had in the previous version!

Working on a little side project, to try and make Octodad-like controls in Unreal, definitely harder than I initially thought but we getting there! 😄
