terrain tool now has realtime shadows. and more realistic water simulation. and its all still a single 2D texture.

im gonna upload an alpha build to my #itch.io soon if anyone wants to try it out and give feedback :)

i added an adjustable pixel shader to my terrain tool.

i also made coloring the heightmap its own shader. so i can make different color palettes to swap out. and adjust the heights different things occur at. (like water level. grass. etc)

ive been working on a 2D terrain sculpting tool. coded from scratch with #LUA.
still have a lot of work to do, but runs really well on my decade old thinkpad.
