Not really. While true, what I do for work in overnight restock at the store is good exercise, having to push myself so hard because of a co-worker not coming in as they didn't check to see if they had a shift that night is not the best for me.

So, that is not deodorant, that is actually shampoo. Just as bad, if not worse, though.
