I'll not one to brag, but my Pokemon Y save was somehow corrupted and I managed to open it in a hex editor, compare to a valid save + save block offsets from pkhex to realize the start of the file was missing a couple things and entire file was offset by 15 bytes.
Managed to fix it. Very happy.

Forgot to grab a before pic, but I replaced the cracked top screen in a friend's new 3ds XL.
Still annoying to get ribbon cables out and then back into the hinge, but I've gotten way better with the DS/3DS hinge cable bs which was very pleasant to realize.

More work on the DDR dance pad.
Got the bar installed, padded it, holes cut in the plate metal for it, designed and printed plastic covers to cover those holes, and all the top sheet metal is fully installed.
