I know Full Spectrum Warrior is a legitimately decent game (it was developed by the late, great Pandemic Studios). The others, I can't say.

It's actually not. I own a copy of the original script and in it, they were supposed to mutate into CHUDs proper, but budget limitations prevented it from happening.

Don't tell anyone but I'm currently spearheading a static recomp of this game using the same tools that were used to make "Sonic Unleashed Recomp." Fixing this game's many technical issues is top of the list.
