One thing I didn't get is that for nightmares, instead of the Bogeyman, they had a new character "Nightmara". Pretty sure nothing in folklore would stop Gia Carides from being the bogeyman.

Hola Frida, while simplified for kids, does a remarkable job at covering Frida Khalo's childhood, from surviving polio, to being influenced artistically by her father and politically by her mother.

It's only near the end it brings up the bus accident that made her the famous painter that she was.
