I agree that there is such a thing as bad faith criticism, where people will completely misunderstand a movie's intentions, and then blame the movie for it anyway. That DOES happen. But I don't think outright attacking people's media tastes is the way to go about it. (2/2)

Ehhh, I dunno. He does like....ALMOST have a point? But like a few seconds earlier in the clip, he was basically attacking the guy and saying the only reason he hates the movie is cause he likes animated movies like Spider-Verse & Puss in Boots 2 and stuff, and I just don't vibe with that tbh. Sure would be nice if YouTube would stop randomly dropping these AI "improvements" and having them automatically turned on without telling me. I shouldn't ALWAYS have to find out about this stuff through random posts on Twitter/Bluesky. So frustrating.

But then you get these private servers for other games like, "Pirates of the Caribbean Rewritten!" "Club Penguin Rewritten!" I even just now learned there was supposedly a W101 Rewritten floating around. You know you guys don't HAVE to call it that every time, right? XD (2/2)

I DO still think the original Wizard City questline should at least be preserved in a playable fashion in some way, which I think is where most people are frustrated, but as far as pure quality goes? Yeah nah, I think the updated version is better. (3/3)

Like there's just so much more life in the presentation, the writing I think is much better, and it does a better job at setting up later events both in the Malistaire arc and future arcs. (2/3)

Then the whole Xbox One DRM debacle happened, and the head guy at Microsoft made that snarky "We already have a product for those who don't want always online. It's called Xbox 360!" comment, and I've avoided the Xbox brand like the plague ever since. :P

Xbox has kinda ALWAYS had that problem unfortunately. Even when I was a kid, I never saw a point in getting one, cause any game on Xbox that I would get even remotely interested in would inevitably get ported onto the Playstation anyway.

Xbox has almost never produced anything that I'm interested in anyway even before this, so that's nothing new. But like even Sony dude. There's like what? Astro Bot, Spider-Man 2...GoW Ragnorok I think? Was that on PS5? And like that's it. They really had like NOTHING going on this generation.

I still have hope it'll happen one day. It's just taking me a little longer than I would like. Thanks for sticking with me regardless. :)

I'm definitely still working on YouTube stuff in the background and trying to get stuff going again. It's mainly been mental health and potentially undiagnosed ADHD that's been getting in my way these past few years, but I do still WANT to do more stuff with the channel.
