if you have access to tapioca starch you should try it too, i feel like it's easier to use than corn starch for me personally

i never had cotija but egg fried rice goes well with literally any kind of cheese so that's one to try, just throw it in every dish and see what comes out, maybe a cotija carbonara! it also probably tastes amazing with jam, ricotta and blackberry jam for example is a killer combination

that's a really interesting thought about your process! i don't have much practice on metal gravure but i'm really looking forward to trying it in my next semester in uni, we have a cool printmaking workshop and i'm already hooked on woodcuts and wood engravings

i always think your work would look so wild in aquatint but that's because i'm a printmaking nerd
